Our Services
The New Life Foundation Program provides a wide range of services designed to help men escape homelessness and addiction and prepare for their return to society. The program offers practical, spiritual, emotional, social, educational, vocational, and financial teaching and encouragement for a period of six months.
Residents can rebuild their work ethic through hands-on, transferable working skills and attend weekly life skills classes. They can also participate in daily Bible studies and meet one-on-one with pastors and Christian counselors for accountability and case management. Additionally, program residents can take classes in Anger Management, Addiction Studies, Healthy Boundaries, Financial Literacy, and Career Development.
After completing the program, residents are assisted in finding outside employment by local agencies. Once employed, the program opens a trust account on behalf of the residents, which gives them six months to save money, pay off debts, purchase a vehicle, and save for independent housing.
The New Life Foundation Program aims to provide comprehensive support to help individuals rebuild their lives. Some examples of the services offered by the program include hands-on, transferable working skills such as landscaping, construction, and maintenance; access to daily Bible studies and a local church; one-on-one meetings with pastors and Christian counselors for emotional support and accountability; weekly life skills classes covering topics such as budgeting and time management; classes on anger management, addiction studies, healthy boundaries, financial literacy, and career development; assistance in finding outside employment; and financial advising and opening a trust account to help residents save for independent housing.
